Tips
- Compare hourly and daily forecasts
Use the hourly forecast when timing matters, then compare it with the daily view for a broader sense of the day ahead. Read temperature alongside feels-like temperature, wind direction and speed, humidity, visibility or UV index when those details are useful. Looking at several readings together gives the forecast more context than temperature alone.
- Keep favorite cities together
Add the cities and destinations you care about to the app's multiple-location list, then move between them to review local conditions. This is useful for travel planning or keeping an eye on places where friends and family live. Check the displayed city before relying on a forecast, especially after changing locations.
- Choose a widget for quick checks
Browse the available weather widgets and choose one that suits the space and information you want on your home screen. Options described include current temperature, city, clock, calendar and a forecast for the next few hours. If a widget is not visible, look among your phone's home-screen widget options after installing the app.
Menu names follow the developer's help pages and can differ slightly between versions and phones.
How we write the digest
Each week we check the Google Play listings of the apps our readers use most: the version number, the update date and the developer's What's new notes. When an app has a new version, we put the developer's update notes and the listing details together on one page, in plain words, with a link to the official Google Play listing. Google and most developers release updates in stages over several days, so a version listed here may not have reached your phone yet. GoCompareNow is an independent site and is not affiliated with any developer. This page doesn't read your phone or your Google account, and nothing is installed from here.
FAQ
Is this the official list of Weather Forecast & Radar changes?
No. This is an independent site and is not affiliated with Lite Tools Games. The app's Google Play page is the authority for its official listing and change information. Check that page for the current details before installing, and use the developer name to distinguish the official app from other weather apps with similar names.
Why does Google Play show Open instead of Update?
Google Play may show Open when the latest build is already available to your account, or while access to an update is being rolled out in stages. You can check the app's Play page again later. If it continues to show Open, launch the app and review its version information if available.
Can I check weather for more than one city?
Yes. The app description says you can manage weather in multiple locations and track cities around the world. Add the places you want to follow, then switch between them to view their weather information. The app also describes current-location detection through network and GPS, so location access may be relevant to that automatic option.
